Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the seller (sole proprietor) and the buyer in the context of the sale of personalized esoteric services offered on this website.
1. Nature of the Services
The products sold on this website are personalized digital services such as tarot readings and spiritual rituals. They are performed remotely and delivered in digital form only. No physical shipment is involved.
2. Orders
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After purchase, the client will receive a short questionnaire or form to complete in order to personalize the service. The energetic and creative work begins once all required information has been received.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. The seller is exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed through the secure payment systems provided by the Shopify platform. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
Services are delivered by email or through a secure download link within approximately 24 to 48 business hours after receiving all necessary information from the client.
Since these are digital products, no shipping fees apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content provided with the client’s express consent. Once the order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, no refund or cancellation can be granted.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. If no agreement can be reached, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent court in the seller’s place of business, in accordance with French law.
